Can I customize my dress the way I want it?
Yes! If you want to change the sleeve length or pant style, it's not a problem.
Simply contact us and we will be glad to customize it to your needs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In most cases, we can deliver to your doorstep in 1-3 weeks. For faster orders,
contact us. However, given that each item is exquisitely crafted and customized
for you, there may be certain delays involved. In that event, a CottonNSilk representative
will inform you as to the expected length of delay.
How will you despatch my order?
We will use Fedex, which can be tracked and delivers within 3-4 business days of
shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can use the "Order Status" link to track your orders, all the way
from placing an order to receiving it. Plus upon dispatch of your order, we will
email you an Airway bill number for online tracking. You are welcome to e-mail queries
related to your purchase, but we encourage you to do so after 2-3 weeks have elapsed
from the time of your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We want to make your shopping experience hassle free! We accept VISA, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express, Western Union and Paypal online. We can arrange wire
transfer and check orders by phone. Once the funds are cleared, we will begin your
job immediately.
What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is free all around the world.
How can I be assured of accuracy in my order?
Rest assured that each and every individual outfit is carefully scrutinized by our
Quality Assurance Department prior to shipment.
Can we pay in any other currency besides US Dollars?
No matter from which part of the world you place an order at CottonNSilk, the amount
debited from your account will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent
to the US Dollar price of the item ordered. For example: A customer placing an order
for US $50 from the Canafa will be debited approximately Canadian 62 pounds (equivalent
to the existing exchange rate on the day of the order placed). Please note that
all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close
to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price of an item. Any difference
between this amount and the amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed
to bank charges/commission for currency conversion. It is understood that the customer
will bear these charges (if any). Use our

Can I buy in bulk from CottonNSilk?
We are interested in business partnerships with serious enterprises. Please realize
that our clothing is suitable for designer boutiques and that our bulk pricing is
not at the readymade level. A good rule of thumb is that you must be able to sell
above our website pricing to make comfortable margins.
Is my personal information secure?
CottonNSilk at no point in time stores any credit card information on our servers.
We merely rely on Paypal to tell us if your credit card payment was accepted.
What if I do not wish to purchase online?
Contact us and we will provide other ways of payment, such as Western Union, offline
credit card, check, money order, and money transfer.
Can I bargain or get a discount?
CottonNSilk will not lower prices by bargaining with you. However, we will offer
coupons and sales to our established customers from time to time.
Do I have to pay import taxes and duties?
In almost all cases, your country will likely not charge personal use purchases
with import duties. In such rare cases that you are charged, this is likely to be
minimal and would be the customer's responsibility.
