As outfits are based on your measurements and changes you had made therefore we shall not be able to accept the return for the custom made clothes unless they are sent incorrectly or are defective, and in that case free replacement or rectification service would be offered at our expense.

Please let us know of the problem within 48 hours of receipt, and return the item within 5 days with a tracking number in its original packaging once we have approved the exchange. Outfits that have evidence of wear or stains cannot be accepted for exchanged.

Returning an item without prior communication to CottonNSilk.com will not result in automatic credit to you.

CottonNSilk.com is not liable for damage or delays caused by the mail courier. Mailing costs for shipments back to CottonNSilk.com are customer's responsibility.
